My doctor has me check my fasting blood sugar 3times a week and i take metformin every night. Cured me of type 2 diabetes. I take this because a doctor friend is a big supporter of diabetics taking celyon cinnamon.

Easy to *, no unpleasant aftertaste. No after taste or no problem with digestion. They are completely vegan also! It's difficult to find organic ceylon cinnamon capsules in a larger dose per capsule.

Purely holistic’s customer service and response time is exceptional. Great value. Superb customer service.

Cons

My fault - trusting this brand. It feels awful to be deceived so. Called the company, no response. I suspect it is a fraudulent or extremely old product.

This brand ceylon cinnamon is darker in color which means it's cassia and not the real ceylon cinnamon as advertised on the bottle!
