Only draw back is the ropes wear down so i taped the section in contact with the pole its wrapped around it seems to have stopped it from wearing down more

Something dog blues is how it starts out w a still shot you will know it when you see the 2 average looking guys not beefed up monsters in other words lol demonstrating for about 3 minutes

When done correctly the rope is providing the resistance not any pull back from an anchor point
