Pros

Makes racking totally safe and painless. Add confidence to your cleans and snatches.

I am a beginner kettlebell user and use them for get ups - pain free! These are great for kettlebell workouts. Allows me to be more aggressive in my workout.

Cons

Save yourself the hassle and just buy the harbinger humanx. However they are way too small for my wrist. Also, the insert is only on one side.

After a while it becomes very uncomfortable.

They contain a cmall piece of plastic which is thing enough to protect your forearms but thin enough to not mess with the movements.

Price

It arrived on time and the price is affordable.

Works well; durable despite the price, i purchased a second set
