Pros
Stable, solid and portable. Works like its supposed to. Would highly recommend this item for anyone interested in a portable landmine training device.
Experienced bodybuilder. No weight change, just tightening up my gut. Better than the one at my old gym.
Cons
The main problem is my standard barbell did not fit properly in the landmine. To my dismay, there was a second problem with this landmine. Should have never purchased this one.

I've pulled my pants in and gone in two belt holes after about two weeks of working with it.

I put the base into two 45 plates as shown in the picture and it will shift when you first start excercising with the front loaded with 4 plates

I also had to wrap a few layers of duct tape on the shaft that goes into the base to make a tighter fit

Good accessory for most but if you want to do heavy rows get something that mounts to the floor

It has strong well made parts except for the logo and website mucking up an otherwise great product
