Pros
I am 70 and was doing 100 squat reps every day when this staph hit me. This one is great and i will happily purchase it again.
They create a healthy challenge to the immune system and improve cell signalling. Plus that extra fiber encourages me to drink more water. Great to work into my morning drinks for all of the benefits.
It mixes, but remains a bit clumpy. It disolves instantly, has a great earthy flavor and the price point is the best i have found.
Cons
Chaga extract from sayan brand is very inferior quality. Light in color, extremely light in color and tastes terrible.

I have tried several other brands that are grainy and honestly were awful like drinking coffee grounds.
I've never had coffee so i can't compare it with that.
Have not tried the other more expensive brands of chaga for comparison.
