These are advertised towards men but the added heel while not very obvious might not appeal to a lot of men but they also work as a nice rugged womans sandal

The footbedsole is very comfortable but its stiff at first and youll need to walk around in them to get them more bendable

I could have probably sized down one size but they were out at the time that i ordered so thats on me
