They walked me through measuring my feet and confirmed that my feet are an unusual size but that the pair coming from amazon should fit

In the meantime they prepared to ship the second pair and even made a size not listed on amazon available to me just in case the shoe was too small

When the first pair fit they were open and easy about providing a refund for the second pair of shoes

I wore it for 2 months now and it feels comfortable and does not look it has height increase from outside look

As far as size goes the shoes are true to my size however the toe is far too narrow
