The medium fits good but is a little smaller than i would like after being washed. I order a large for my 13 year old son who wears a men's medium pant 32/33 waist. They are not super tight but still are tight enough.
Cons
Bought for thigh compression, did not work for me. The material around the thigh stretches too easily for it to offer any really support to my hamstring. It is impossible to cut out completely as it is thoroughly sewn into the material.
These are ridiculously long and tight - even for compression shorts. Very tight for a medium. Waist is very tight for the size.
