Pros
The fabric is super soft, and the pockets are not bulky. The pockets fit a burner, keys and a zippo. They are also durable and affordable.
The cut fits me very well, the drawstring is substantial and holds the pants i place, fabric is very comfortable. The waist elasticity works for his size.
Cons
Shorts are consistently undersized by 7-9 in the waist. These xl's were way too small & bordered on painfully uncomfortable in the inseam - balling would be impossible in these without some serious pain to the boys!
Not such a good look for a soccer referee. Either the quality control or the quality of materials aren't up to *.

They're comfortable without being paper thin, they're made out of good quality fabric and they get the job done perfectly for me.
Although i prefer the champion mesh shorts with the built in liner, these particular shorts are of a much lighter material.
Price
The price is a very nice surprise.
Very comfortable at a very affordable price.
Competitiveness
They've held up better than more expensive brands like nike so far.
These are the ones guys, tried others, can't beat the price either.
