Mine arrived damaged inside a box hat was not damaged which is irritating because you know someone saw it and packed it anyway

Very high quality unfortunately what every one writes in the reviews about the sticker ripping off some of the foam is true

The only draw back is the barcode label does not peel off cleanly so you either have an ugly ripped label or you peel off part of the black rubber coating

It wont build strength unless you use it

The only slight is that the yellow band on the top and bottom do not adhere to the bar well and came off right away

I like the bar as opposed to free weights when doing overhead presses and dead lifts
