These are still a quality short, but the waistband on the current style is a bit tighter and not as flattering as the older style.
Slightly see through with the mesh, but nothing that can't be easily fixed with proper undergarments.

There aren’t 2 layers there is the single layer of mesh which i didn’t know but it isn’t a deal breaker at all
