I get a bit of back fat which is somewhat common for me, but this bra was less forgiving than some others that i have. Support is moderate for intense workouts. It lasts many washes.

The quality - workmanship in the construction (sewing) is as expected for a champion item - outstanding!
Good quality and construction, but the waistband is just a piece of elastic, so some folks might not like that.
I like this sports bra especially because i don’t have to worry about padding, but the band underneath is very tight.

Sure it’s supportive but i need the padding for martial arts so it’s good for running or going to the gym but definitely not for combat sports

Little tight while putting it on but honestly i prefer that bc it really feels like itll keep its shape without stretching significantly over time
