About 128lbs and the medium gives me the perfect oversized fit. The length is good (she's 5'8) & they are soft. I am 5'2, 130lb, athletic build and got a small and they fit me pretty well.
They are roomy and cozy. They withstand many times in washer and dryer.

I’d say if you want them true to size get your normal size and if you are in between sizes or like sweatpants baggy then size up one
