Pros

Theses gummies are so yummy! I like the peach flavored gummies the best but the other flavors are good too. This is a miracle gummy.

Vitamin helps with muscle aches and cramps. Helps me and the kids relax. My girl is back to her normal happy self and i am finally feeling rested again!

Cons

The dosage is not the same as what the photos show. Their photos show 2 gummies equals 100mg of magnesium. They are very firm for gummies, definitely not soft type of gummies. The new sugar coating makes him nauseous every time.

No melatonin, high quality vitamin, and delicious chewable flavor.

I bought this for my 6 year old when she was having trouble falling asleep and didn't want to use something as heavy as melatonin.

My child who has trouble staying asleep in the night has really improved in deeper, more restful sleep.

Right now i'm giving 4 stars because of the draw back of the flavor, but the price wasn't bad.
