Pros

These make him relaxed but not overly sleepy. This helps them naturally get sleepy and fall asleep on their own. This is the only thing that works to overcome my kiddo's extreme fomo at bedtime.

Not only is it super tasty, it works! My kids love the taste and mommy loves how they work! We both find the flavor to be great and the texture is awesome, too.

My kids get the multivitamins every day, and meletonin as needed.

Cons

When i get a bottle with 1/3rd the amount advertised you only hear crickets. This melatonin is not effective at all several hours later she is still awake and very much active.

Great product, works and the kids say it tastes great!

My 8-year-old loves to take this gummy every night it works well she falls asleep fast and she loves the way it tastes.

Once we started giving her these gummies, we knew that within half an hour to an hour, she would finally fall asleep.

Within 20-30 minutes of him having his gummy he is starting to get heavy eyes and falls asleep.

Compared to the dissolving ones i had that were 10mg i prefer the gummies and will surely buy them again compared to the others.

I have tried many different brands but chapter one gummies by far the best!

The one's we have tried in the past were now brand & good chocolate (for kids).

The other brands are mediocre in comparison.
