Pros

Vitamin c gummies are the best way to take vitamin c. The orange flavor reminds me of the orange sliced candies that i loved. The fact that the gummy are tasty is a plus.

Kids are very picky specially to anything that goes in their mouth. Hubby and i also take them from time-to-time. This is one vitamin i don't have to beg them to take.

Cons

I understand that it needs to be childproof, but adult proof just doesn't make any sense to me. I don't want to have to fuss and fight with a vitamin bottle just to initially get it open, it's ridiculous. The taste is candy like, so i approve.
