Pros
Smoked 2 pork shoulders, 4 leg quarters and a brisket. Easy to learn how to work the *. Holds food at a warm temp after smoking is done.
The temp probe is reliable. The temp controls is very good and very stable. The meat thermometer does its job perfectly. I use a foil pan on the bottom shelf to catch grease which makes cleanup very easy!
Electric is the way to go for me. Pretty much no hassle. The display is bright. It has a window and a remote.
Best bang for the buck. Fantastic outcome. Thanks for a great seller and product.
Cons
It blows every gfci it is plugged into. The wires and connectors were charged and brittle. It appears to be bad wiring within the unit.
It has a serious design flaw, it has a stainless steel * box and it sits on a plate of stainless steel above the element. Subpar heating element on this *.
Not a reliable product. No mention of some kind of discount for another unit. Do not recommend to buy this product.
The worse thing is the company is unresponsive. They have no idea when it will be shipped. When returned, we were charged $20 boxing/packaging to ship back.
Reviewer expects 5 times longer use than this. Short product life span.

It has one flaw in the design it doesnt have anything to keep rack from dumping your when sliding out your rack to check

It does have one in the design it needs a lip above each wire rack to keep it from dumping your meat when you you slide the rack forward
