Now all of that aside the try itself is rather odd and doesnt seem well equipped to be left outside

I dont know if it was the slight breeze or if the griddle wasnt producing enough heat but it struggled to cook the patties which were less than a 12 inch thick

I could see where getting the unit as close to level as possible would help

I wouldnt say it was exactly portable since it weighs roughly 35 lbs and there is no easy way to carry it
