Pros

The rip-stop is the most durable and the only one they were selling in the recent past. We regularly have 20-25mph sustained winds and 45-50mph gusts. Its been through a few rainstorms already and the grill has stayed dry.

The rip-stop is a great cover and my recent purchase was to replace the one that i bought eight years a go. As the title says i used to always buy the cheap covers. Very happy with the purchase.

The snug fit around the base of this grill cover keeps it on even in heavy wind. Perfect fit for the older weber spirit 200 series grill (2009-2012 w/ side controls) fits well on my smaller charbroil grill. My only complaint is that i have a 53” char ... Read More

My only complaint is that it was a bit difficult to determine which size was appropriate and i erred on the side of too big. This cover fits the grill perfectly with the tray extensions on both sides of the grill.

Cons

The top is now extremely brittle and has completely failed at being water proof. It has no straps to secure it during high winds like the descriptions say.
