If i need to cook for fewer people i just turn on two or three burners

Also while this isnt infrared and people have said this doesnt cook evenly it is so large that if you want a cooler cooking side simply turn off one or multiple burners and learn your hot and cold spots

You simply cant have that flexibility with a smaller grill
