This unit seems wellbuiltdesigned although i am not enthralled with the dock layout no data readout at the grill it is all reported to the wireless unit that either docs at the grill or goes with you back into the house or wherever

Well the specs state that it is accurate to 210f but i wonder if the probe will really report temps to that limit not clear to me in the instructions

What is the upper temperature limit to which the probe may safely be exposed no information on this in the instructions

I suspect that this issue is why i read so many negative reviews from disappointed purchasers of this unit
