Simple is good! Even a beginner will love it. The char-broil is very easy to use.
Cons
The front door has a big dent near the top, where you can see the braces in the corner in the door now because they protrude around the dent. The smoke chip pan just isn't getting any airflow. Go with a different brand.

Easy to use and holds a steady temperature
Easy to assemble, it takes a little bit to dial in your desired temperature but once you do it works great.
It takes 10 minutes to put the legs on and 2 hours too burn the factory smell off then you can start cooking .
Cracking the door keeps the meat down at 200 degrees.
Price
It’s a lot of money to spend on something that looks all janky now.
This is a nice unit for the price.
Buy some inexpensive meats and give it a whirl.

I was smoking meats same day as delivery.
I received it day before thanksgiving, turkey was prepped and ready for smoke.
I was on the fence about getting this smoker, especially after reading several reviews about damage in shipping.

The box is big but everything was well packed, requires some easy assembly.

Adding apple juice to the water pan was a great touch and realized you really dont have to soak the wood chips before hand for this model
