One of the main supports was bent but i didnt want to file a claim so i just bent it back and it looks fine

The outer box was damaged and i thought for sure the doors or something would be bent or broken based on some other comments

Took any hassle out of owning the grill and i knew it was put together properly which you do not want to play with when dealing with gas and fire

My only complaint was that not all of the hardware was included only missing 2 screws though so the bottom panel is not secured as it should be to hold weight
