This replaced the name brand one he had had that the electronic module had gone out on add would have cost 250

When we got it my husband checked temperature accuracy before using it he is very picky about his grilling and smoking and found it was very inaccurate

It cooked for 5 hours at 225 to reach that temp on the probe and when i tested the brisket with an instant thermometer it was barely 170
