Pros
The charcoal feature is awesome and the one i always use. It makes the charcoal ready in 15 minutes without the taste of lighter fluid. The grill saves huge amounts of time and energy. Heats up fast and stays at the temperature.
Price is unbeatable. Free shipping. I'm sure it's fantastic.

Love the smokiness of wood charcoal on the food. I have minimal flare ups.

Highlights
Quality
The sheet metal is a good thickness and the tubes seem very sturdy.
Best grill, so flexible, charcoal, gas and smoke chips.
And the plastic wheels were very poor quality so i had to replace those with home depot units soon after purchase.
The grates are cast iron and over time mine rusted horribly.
Price
This is one of the best grills under $400.
Big bang for low cost and footprint.
Let me start by saying, it was a royal pain in the a$$ to assemble.
Only downside is i paid about $40 over what lowes had (non sale price).
Shipping
After contacting customer service to request replacement parts, a new lid and ignitor plus knob arrived with no issues.
I was worried about it being banged up during shipping like some of the reviews said, but mine was perfect.
Packaging/appearance
Hidden and exposed with a ceramic wax.
The build took about 3 hours lots of garbage and it came in a huge brown box (grill came a little dented).

I tend to cook adjacent to the charcoal as opposed to over top of the charcoal

Every piece was clearly marked but you have to pay very close attention

I prefer to slow cook without coals on one side can better control temperature then light the coals with gas on the other side halfway through cooking and get the grill markssear when coals get hot
