Pros

It's very sturdy and durable. Sometimes going high tech is the wrong step. But besides that, it's awesome.

It's simple to install with just 1 screw clamp. You need a philips screwdriver to open the battery compartment.

This light is plenty bright for my 4 burner kenmore grill. I like how you just swipe over the on button to turn it on and off.

Cons

Mounting it with a set-screw type apparatus is very inconvenient. The hinge that allows the light to swivel down or up is weak. There is no way to adjust it so the light tends to flop down.
