Pros
The drip collector and removable grease pan work well and are easy to clean. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned grill master, this grill delivers dependable performance and versatility.
Easy to assemble. Takes about two hours and four beers to finish. Don't be intimidated by all the parts delivered in the box. If you do it wrong it takes less time to redo. You need a phillips head screw driver to bolt it together.
Four burners provide even heat distribution across the cooking surface. This helps you achieve precise cooking results. The ample cooking area allows you to prepare a variety of dishes simultaneously.
This is the best arrangement i have seen. Great grill choice. Very satisfied with this purchase.
Quality item, sturdy foldable shelves on both sides, recommending for small families. The collapsing tables are fantastic for storage.
Cons
A totally disappointment is an understatement. All this is problematic on a small footprint grill. Not very happy at all.
Customer assistance on this is non-existent. I wish i had realized how bad the igniter issue is. The new one still leaks.

I unfortunately had an issue with the thermometer and tried getting it solved through both char broil and amazon with no success.
Before cooking i did a test run to get the new burnt off for about 15 minutes.
Price
1st one was outside for 8 years with just a cover so a good price for the money.
Great small grill regardless of price point.
This is a nice little grill for the price.

Its box was big but the delivery guy brought it on a hand truck right to my front door.
It quickly got up to 600+ degrees.

The grill parts were very well packed, which i was glad about because i had to cube "roll" the thing to bring it in.

As advertised it doesnt heat as fast and hot at 27000 btu versus other 3burner models at 35000 btu but works great for most purposes

I wouldnt recommend this model for a master griller but for an ordinary person who just likes to grill simple stuff store it in a compact form and not spend hours assembling the unit
