It was not placed inside of a brown box, which was an issue as it was a gift for another person at the shipping address.
It came undamaged, however was sent in the factory box with a shipping label.

Plenty of room for 6 hamburgers the downside of the product is the propane regulator the way its set up is very flimsy and if you have the grill on a level surface you will have to either tilt the propane bottle or dig a small hole so everything can be level

Only con is the gas regulator has a tongue and groove type lock where it connects to the burner
