Pros
Wow! It performs well. Works great and is easy to assemble. Still working on the times/temps for the different meats.
The drip tray is adequate in size and easy to remove and clean. Fits on a cocktail table, and very stable. Clean up was easy. Cleaned quickly and easy.
The temperature control is accurate and simple.
Cons
Quality control was awful. Huge hassle to return and need to pay shipping back. Would definitely not buy on line again.
