The heating system on it works great but it is very difficult to exact temperature with the dial because it goes from low to high and smoking requires specific temperatures

The only problem is that if you are trying to do a low temp smoke this isnt the one

Ive used this several times now and am happy with it however you cant use wood chips alone because you have to keep adding more for the smoke cycle

Except for the fact that one of the hinge screw was broken the top was dented and i had to hunt it down at the post office becasue they refused to deliver it

More likely to work with anything from sparrows to turkeys
