I want to start off buy saying the water and smoke chip try is a poor design

I bought this thing at walmart for like 70 bucks on clearance

First of all the pan on the bottom does suck and i have modified it so that i do not even use water in the bottom pan at all

I get all the bad reviews because of the water pan at the bottom but if you try this method it will work alot better
