Not sharp or even sturdy. At least they are sturdy. If you push down too hard, they press into the skin between your fingers and can be quite uncomfortable.

These bad boys are sharp and well-built.
Super easy to use and it gives more control than other shredders.
3 sharp ultra strong durable blades coming right from your hands anything that’s unshredded simply becomes shredded.
I don’t, and i often find dinner size forks both take forever to shred the meat, and tend to bend.

I bought these for to make shredded chicken, but i guess i didn’t notice the title until i saw the package on my doorstep.
I bought them for a white elephant gift exchange and wish i had bought a second pair for myself when they showed up.

Only suggestion i would make is to keep the kids away when playing with these i found it very hard to not swing my hands around like wolverine and accidentally hurt one of my kids though they’ve learned a valuable lesson never mess with
