Pros
Yummy new way to make potatoes. Easy yo use. However, that is not the fault of this device.
Hasselback potatoes are a delight. Nice and sturdy and easy to clean.
Excellent hasselback potato slicer. Holds the potato easily in place while slicing. Makes it soooo easy to slice them without going all the way through the potato.
Bamboo is very strong, won't dull the knife, is water resistant and the glue repels water as well.
Cons
Great idea, but execution of this product is terrible. Metal grill slides around way to easily. Very loose in the slot in the wooden block. Short nails/spikes are too short to hold the potato.
