Cooked a 15 pound turkey on a pellet grill using this roaster christmas morning and it only took 3 hours

You will need to rotate this device 180 degrees ever so often to get even browning since one side of the turkey will be closer to the heat source

It should of been a little more curved so the turkey was not so tall
