Pros
Love em. Any negative comments are ludicrous. This little box isn't very fancy but it does a great job.
Never smoked a brisket on a gas grill before. This ingenious little device gives me wonderful smoky flavor in my gas grill. It fits perfectly into weber grills on the flavor bars.
Easy to refill without getting burned. I usually fill it to near its rim and need to completely remove the ash/burnt chips after each use. I suggest soaking your chips the day before use, to allow them to last longer.
Cons

I also soaked the chips by just filling it with water over the chips and then drained 30 min later and started grilling
