Works great on my gas grill wished it was about a 12 inch wider
What i do is locate it between the far right flavorizer bar and the edge of the grill wall where there is the tip of a bolt that holds the side platform in place protruding through the wall and props up the smoker box in place perfectly
Works great its long so measure your grill mine barely fit what a great idea
