I read one review about the pin connector for the iphone broke same thingn happen to me i believe the rider forgot that her phone was charging she got out the car in a hurry and ripped the connector off otherwise it wouldnt have breake by it selfl so i emailed the seller explained that i wasnt sure if the product was defective or if the rider pulled to hard i did not payed anything or send it back they just send me another cable exchanging the cables is so easy you just have to open the box on the back of the leather pouch and plug the usb

The ones that you put over the usbs to make it work for other phone chargers

Downsides the cables are black and the material is black so sometimes customers dont even notice this amenity unless i point it out

Also the large tablet pocket seems pointless
