Pros

It keeps time accurately - it's a little fast, but is barely noticeable. It is reminiscent of the antique hunter time pieces. He keeps on telling me to ask him what time is it just so he could show off his new beautiful time piece hahaha.

I'm a student of mechanical engineering and i have an interest in steam punk. The idea of a purely mechanically operated watch fascinates me. He's got a mechanic's mind (very fascinated by the continual movement of gears and springs).

Cons

The stand at the back and the picture frame makes it feel a lot more cumbersome than my molina. Not overly so, but noticeably. I was not used to the thickness.

The only reason i have kept it is due to the hoops i had to jump through to return it. Some attempts have been made to put an oscillating rotor on a pocket watch but failed due to lack of the owner's movement. Need to shake it and again runs for 15/20... Read More

It's the same movement as another watch i have had for 6 years now.

This is a great pocket watch for the price.

Apparently they are very expensive and he is the only seller within a 2 hour drive that sells them.

We had to return the first since it would not close properly but amazon quickly sent a replacement and there were no issues.
