These ice packs are a bit pricey but trust me totally worth it.
These cold gel packs are absolutely worth every penny.
I ordered 2 for $37 for back and leg and will order the larger one soon for more coverage.
Not the cheapest but you do get what you pay for and these are great value.

The box, when i picked it up was heavier than i thought it would be.
But these make gel packs look like bulky heating pads.
