Pros

Always have at least 2 in freezer. I use them on my knees (sever oa) and they stay cold long enough to actually do some good. It works very well to mold it to your specific area to be iced.

Bought the same exact one from this company 9 years ago and just had to replace it recently. Works well but had to disinfect it. Highly recommend them.

Cons

Two of the three ice packs i've used have failed seams.

This is unacceptable. Why is the quality so poor with these thinker blue ones vs. The blue ones? This is messy and expensive.

Tried to return it. Says not refundable. Tried doing chat to amazon customer service. Will continue to try to get ahold of a customer service rep.

This is a heavy duty product and extremely durable.

Excellent for the neck or lower back and very durable.

After a slap tear and rotator cuff surgery i used therapy ice machine, but lugging it everywhere became a nuisance.

Leant out 2 that i purchased 18 years ago and never got them back…and they were in same condition as when purchased.

Price

Remind they that they are a bit on the expensive side.

I contacted the company and they were very helpful in solving the issue promptly.

Two of those were delivered that were not up to par.
