I ordered the chattanooga colpac reusable gel ice pack because my physical therapist uses this one in his clinic.
The chattanooga colpac provided quick relief when i needed it the most.
That said, if i were a 100-lb, 100-year-old person, then i probably would not be able to lift the one i purchased.

I didnt realize it would not freeze completely and i didnt realize it would not have separated compartments so that the liquid inside can still move around all to one side making is cumbersome most times
