Cons
The traction pull/poundage is terrible. Very difficult to get to 100# consistently. It only works on thin patients 150# or less. Other wise inversion chair or teeter is your other option.

Since i don’t weigh a lot my lumbar back is in the air not touching anything below

I do not have a lot of strength and could tighten the straps better by using both hands to pull

The lowers strap over my lower rib cage slips terribly since there is no body weight on it to hold it in place and i have to use one hand to secure the belt and only one hand to pull

If this strap were attached to the belt so it would not slip i would be able to pull with both hands and get it tight enough
