Pros

All the side tabs are sewn in well. It lasts forever too (if you don't burn it up on the stove) as you get older this is a necessity!

I wrap it in a bath towel and it really soothes stiff joints and sore muscles. It's damp heat--far better than dry compresses (stuffed with beans or rice) that heat in the microwave.

Cons

This is the worst piece of garbage i have ever purchased. The return policy is poor and you have to pay for shipping for this product to get a partial refund! Don't by this trash.

Like others, i have been frustrated with the poorness of quality. Pockets barely filled with heat retaining material. Barely stays hots for 5 minutes. This pad does not retain heat very long.
