Pros

It's well made and durable. It's is smooth, but not slick and sticky.

Cons

The face opening is extremely narrow to the point that your face/cheekbones are in pain after about 30 seconds. It pokes me in the face with a badly designed corner, where it could be contoured if it had been designed a little better.

The only way you find out it is un-returnable is when you try (unless you read the reviews first). All-in-all a waste of around 100. It's enough to make me consider cancelling amazon prime. The item is unreturnable.

Brand new this thing is hard as a brick and laying on it for extended periods of time hurt your face.

I purchased this pillow and the problems stopped.

Price

A bit expensive, but i could not find it cheaper.

I would only recommend it for the to go therapist that can't afford a table or doesn't have the space in the car to carry a whole table.
