Pros
They are sturdy and of superior quality! Prompt delivery and secure packaging, good deal. They are not the sturdiest of wire mesh but so far they are doing as i had hoped.
These wire racks are perfect for cooling cakes, cookies. I like the crisscross design as warm cookies are well-supported. They fit nordic ware commercial half sheets well. These fit very well in our cookie sheets and cleaned up very well.
They are nice to use when you prefer your food to not rest directly on the pan, but elevated off the surface for even browning. They clean up like every other rack i've used. Easy to cook on wash off.
Cons
Overall it's shoddy workmanship that seems like it won't last. The racks were not made to be sturdy and were extremely flimsy. This rack is not totally stainless.

The quality is great for the price and are sturdy and lay perfectly flat… no “warping”.
Paired with the nordic-ware baking sheets, it's a perfect fit.
But i’m not returning bc it’s a quality product.
I’m happy with the product just not the size.
Packaging/appearance
Prompt delivery and secure packaging, good deal.
Then fit perfectly into the pan and do a great job of raising the ribs out of the liquid beneath.
Competitiveness
They fit perfectly in my 9x13 glass pan, exactly what i wanted!

I had the same old racks for years that only had the wire in one direction and no where near as sturdy

Those oven baked wings so ridiculously crispy using these racks leave these racks miserably rough to clean
