They come clean and do not react to the dishwasher detergent like my aluminum sheet pans. They clean up effortlessly (although i usually line them with parchment, and that helps). It is so easy to clean up after even the messiest of sauces. It is very... Read More

Only downside is that the half-sheets are quite heavy so it's more tiring to use than other pans. It's not impossible to lift, it's about 3-4 times heavier than an aluminum half-sheet.

Cons

They warp above 400 in the oven. But their promotional video claims no warping. Spilled cooking oil and food onto oven bottom. Thanks for ruining my oven.
