Cooling rack allows for cooling racks, parchment liners, etc. No warping in the oven even on the highest temperatures. Will be hard to warp and easy to clean. Perfect for baking and roasting.

This pan catches the juices and makes cleaning of the * far easier than without. It's relatively east to clean and it's dishwasher safe. The rack cleans up well in the dish washer.

Cons

These pans are advertised as being ‘warp proof’ in the oven. While the pan itself is stainless, underneath the rolled edge (within the roll itself), there seems to be a metal rod that is not stainless, because that rod started rusting immediately. The... Read More

I was surprised, very well-made very heavy metal

This is a truly sturdy pan made from 304ss.

It's a heavy duty quality, and does not "warp" when i have a heavy bird on it.

It’s feels like there are 3 pans stuck together.

Price

For the price, 2 pack sounded too good to be true anyway.
