This is a very sturdy, well made cheese knife.
We only had cheddar to test, and the knife worked very well and is also very sharp.
The knife glides through the cheddar and the cheese does not stick to the knife!
Cheese doesn't stick to the blade the way it does with regular knives.

This knife is a great price, and works just as i had hoped.
