Also for miscellaneous kitchen jobs, from removing rind from a cheese wheel to opening tightly-sealed plastic wrappers. Recommended, especially for the price (under $4). Looked like the ones my grandmas.
Cons
Poor item. They are barely used, to be honest. Gave mine away.

This knife reminds me of my g ma's old pairing knife so i wanted it for that nostalgia factor.

Speaking of cleaning, a drop of dish cleaning liquid carefully rubbed up and down the blade, followed by a good rinse, works well.

The knife is a little cheap id have to say but its a basic hardworking little knife that you can sharpen and it will stay fairly sharp

And sometimes to open the chew pack you cant always pull back the little corner tab successfully
