Pros
This lil guy is perfect for washing rice and quinoa. It also works well for sifting small amounts of flour or spices, and in a pinch you can hook it over a mug, put in some loose leaf tea.
The (hopefully) stainless steel mesh is bright and shiny. The ears are a nice touch.
Cons
This is not fine enough to rinse quinoa, which is what i got it for. Shipper put it in an envelope and it was flattered upon arrival!

Porous enough that water escapes easily but tight enough that not much pulp escapes

The ones with the thicker stronger looking metal handles fail when the weld of the handle to the metal ring around the strainer breaks
